As an entrepreneur that started Diamond Elite Cheer and Tumble, Leanne Simon's vision was to create an all-star cheer program that not only grew all-star cheerleaders but grew families as well.

She started competitive gymnastics as a child which eventually earned her spot on her high school gymnastics team finishing out as a level 8 athlete.

She then entered the cheer world as a high school varsity cheerleader at Republic High School, earning a spot as a UCA cheerleader that cheered in the New Year’s Day parade in London. That continued into college where she cheered for Northwest Missouri State University earning a bachelor's degree in Parks and recreation. She is a certified cheer coach through the USASF.

Leanne is fortunate to have five children along with her husband Andy that not only share her passion but continues to help her build this diamond Empire!
